Can I ship to a different shipping address with PayPal payment method?

For security reason, PayPal only allows us to ship to PayPal confirmed address. Therefore, we can only ship to PayPal confirmed address. If you want to ship to a different address, you may login to your PayPal account to add the new shipping address then check out, or you may simply check out with West Union or credit card.
